Enhancements
Data Lens for Account Admins
Account Admins can now open and use Data Lens.
User Access Report
A new User Access Report is available in Reports and Scheduled Reports. It exports every user with their role, access level and effective capabilities, in CSV or XLSX format.
User Management: Updates
You can now delete a role you no longer need. The Roles page also has a Refresh option.
User Management now shows a confirmation message after each action, such as saving or assigning a role.
In the History tab, the To date can no longer be set earlier than the From date.
Client ID Column
Client ID is now available as a column in cluster results.
Faster Loading for Large Clusters
Some large clusters could take several minutes to open, or fail to open at all. Clusters now open without that wait. If some order details take too long to retrieve, the cluster opens with the details available, and the full details are ready the next time you open it.
Security Improvements
This release includes security improvements to Score.
Bug Fixes
Price Ladder for Multi-Instrument Clusters
The Price Ladder failed to load for some clusters with more than one instrument, such as CRP clusters. This is now fixed.
Audit Trail Excel Export Timestamps
In Cluster Details, the Audit Trail Excel export showed timestamps as raw numbers. They now show as readable dates and times, matching the CSV export.

FIX Services |
U.S. Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends on November 1, 2026, at 2:00 AM local time.
TT FIX services reset weekly on Saturdays at 22:00 UTC by default. If your FIX sessions utilize the optional Reset Schedule in Setup to perform a daily reset or override TT's weekly default, please note that these reset times are configured in UTC by default. If users wish to maintain the same daily reset time relative to their local time zone, they may need to adjust their Reset Schedule configuration in Setup.
For example, if a FIX client application in the U.S. Central time zone configures a daily reset time at 22:45 UTC, the session resets at 17:45 CDT prior to the end of Daylight Saving Time. When Standard Time takes effect on November 1, that same 22:45 UTC reset will occur at 16:45 CST unless action is taken to adjust the Reset Schedule.
Note: FIX clients connected to FIX v291 or higher have the option to specify a local time zone rather than UTC in the Session Reset Schedule within Setup. Selecting your local time zone eliminates the need to manually adjust configurations for seasonal time changes.

Enhancements
Column Re-ordering in Column View Options
You can now drag columns up or down in Column view options to change their order in the grid. A Reset option puts the columns back in their default order.
Faster Cluster Grid Loading
The New Feed and All Clusters tabs now load each 1,000-row page with one request instead of five smaller ones. This makes pages load faster, and the row, total and page counts are unchanged.
User Management Audit History Export
The export now matches what you see on screen.
User Management Role Assignment Selection
Users who can't be given roles, such as Account Admins, no longer have a selection checkbox in the Users list.
Data Lens Export for All Users
Users can now export up to 500 rows easily from Data Lens for quick view.
Bug Fixes
Insider Trading Alert Trigger Time
For Insider Trading alerts, the Time column in New Feed and All Clusters, and in exports, showed the trade time. It now shows the configurable models trigger date and time. Other models are not affected.
Configurable Model Chart Event Timestamps
Some Configurable model charts plotted events at a default placeholder time (31 Dec 18:30:00.000) instead of when the transaction actually happened. This is now fixed for Excessive Cancels, Abnormal Message, Momentum Ignition V3, Abnormal Order and the other affected Configurable model charts. Chart points, axis labels and tooltips now match the times in the transaction table.
Cluster Detail Loading Reliability
Some clusters showed a "Failed to load cluster details" error. This affected clusters from reprocessing or retry runs, and Configurable model clusters with more than one instrument where the risk date was different from the processing date. Both cases are now fixed. Clusters that already have the problem will load correctly the next time you open them.
Cluster Load Delays on First View
Some large accounts saw long delays the first time they opened a cluster. This is now fixed.
Audit Trail Report Generation
Occasionally, a finished Audit Trail report was saved without its file location. When that happened, you couldn't download the report or generate it again. This is now fixed.
Market Depth Chart Toggle
After switching to the Market Depth chart, clicking the button again didn't bring back the cluster's default chart (for example, Insider Trading). The chart buttons now switch back and forth as expected.
All Clusters Filter Independence
Data Lens Date Picker Timezone
For users west of UTC, such as in US Central time, the Data Lens date picker showed the day before the date you picked. This is now fixed.
User Management: Bulk Assign Respects Filters
Selecting all users for a bulk role assignment now only selects the users shown by your current filter.
User Management: Role Rename
Renaming a role now fully updates its name. Previously, you couldn't reuse the old name for a new role.
User Management: Users List Loading
Switching repeatedly between the Users and History tabs could make the Users list load incorrectly. This is now fixed.

FIX Services |
TT will no longer provide or update the stunnel.zip file which customers had previously used to perform certificate pinning. The Digicert certificate is replaced with an AWS certificate, which is not included in the stunnel.zip.
Clients who previously download the stunnel.zip file from https://library.tradingtechnologies.com/tt-fix/general/stunnel.zip should migrate to their local machine’s certificate trust store as soon as possible. Digicert and AWS are both established Certificate Authorities and are available in the trust stores of modern operating systems.
Migration & Rollout Schedule:
1. September 22 (UAT): AWS trust store support is enabled in UAT.
2. September 23 -24 (Prod Sim): AWS trust store support is enabled in prod-sim.
3. September 25 (Production): AWS trust store support is enabled in production New York data centers.
4, October 2 (Production): AWS trust store support is enabled in all production data centers expect HK.
5. October 9 (Production): Production deployment in HK data center began. AWS trust store support is now enabled across all production data centers including HK.

15.5.1
New Features
User Management & Granular Role-Based Access Control
Introduced a dedicated User Management module for Company Admins to create, configure, and assign custom and template-based roles (such as L1 Analyst, L2 Investigator, Auditor). Permissions can be configured across individual pages with granular carve-outs for cluster and case closure capabilities. This applies for Score Admins only. Please reach out to us for more details.
Enhancements
Surveillance & Data Lens State Preservation
Retained open cluster context and active Data Lens search states when switching between Surveillance clusters and Data Lens, allowing seamless cross-navigation without losing search parameters or having to reopen clusters.
Source Tab Navigation on Cluster Closure
Closing a cluster now returns the user directly to their originating tab (New Feed or All Clusters) rather than defaulting back to All Clusters.
Compliance-Only Assignee Filtering
Scoped the Assignee selector in Surveillance and Cases to only display users associated with Compliance/SCORE, removing unrelated non-compliance firm users from the dropdown.
Simplified User Management Role List
Removed the refresh and search options from the Roles view in User Management.
Consistent User Management Notifications
User Management pop-up messages now match the rest of the application. Success and failure notifications appear in the top-right corner in green and red, instead of the bottom centre. If you try to assign a role to a Score Account Admin, a message now tells you this isn't possible, and the role editor no longer opens.
User Management Audit History Improvements
Audit history entries now show what changed before and after each role update, so auditors can trace who changed which permission (for example, who added the ability to close cases). The Detail field in exported history now shows the same readable values as the screen, instead of raw role and user IDs.
Company Admin Access Display
Company Admins have full access and can't be assigned roles. User Management used to show them as "Unassigned" with 0 capabilities, which was confusing. They are now shown as Full Access / Company Admin, with their capabilities listed.
Bug Fixes
Configurable Model Chart Event Timestamps
Fixed an issue in Configurable model charts (e.g., Momentum Ignition, Abusive Squeeze Equity Alert) where transaction events plotted with a default placeholder timestamp (31 Dec 18:30:00.000) instead of the actual transaction execution time.
User Preferences Preservation on Version Upgrade
Resolved an issue where application version updates and release note acknowledgements could inadvertently overwrite saved custom user preferences with system defaults.
Surveillance Selection Reset on Bulk Close
Fixed an issue where alerts closed via bulk closure remained part of the active selection in memory, preventing unintended duplicate actions or comments during subsequent multi-select operations.
Price Ladder Widget Error Recovery
Resolved an issue where retrying the Price Ladder action following a "No Data Found" API error could render an empty or corrupted ladder widget state.
Insider Trading V3 Depth Chart Flickering
Fixed UI flickering and intermediate view resets when toggling the Market Depth Chart on Insider Trading Alert V3 clusters.
